We encourage you to attend the association meetings to stay informed and consider volunteering to serve. The manager works closely with the Board but is only an advisor. The manager is not a member of the Board of Directors and cannot set policy or control assessments. Managers are not engineers, attorneys, land surveyors, or accountants. The Board may retain these services, if needed. The Board is governed by a variety of laws and the association's Governing Documents. Please take some time to explore the resources on this website.

Food Truck Schedule

Hello Owners,

Join us on Wheatfield Way from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM for an evening of great food on Wednesday, February 18! Enjoy a delicious variety of offerings from local food trucks as we kick off the first of many trucks that will be on-site throughout the year. If you haven’t joined us before, now is the perfect time—come hungry and don’t miss out!

Below is the schedule of food trucks that will be visiting our community:

Wed 2/18 - Greek on The Street (4-7pm)

Mon 2/23 - Brick N Fire Pizza (3-7pm)

Sun 3/1 - Travelin' Tom Coffee (8:30am-10:30am)

Thurs 3/5 - Kommie Pig (4-7pm)

Wed 3/11 - Koco (Korean Food) (4-7pm)

Wed 3/18 - Greek on The Street (4-7pm)

Winter Weather Preparedness

Howard County will plow and apply salt/calcium to the community road. The main road leading into the townhome section is serviced by the County.

The side roads of the townhome section and townhome perimeter sidewalks are maintained by Greenskeeper Landscaping
