We encourage you to attend the association meetings to stay informed and consider volunteering to serve. The manager works closely with the Board but is only an advisor. The manager is not a member of the Board of Directors and cannot set policy or control assessments. Managers are not engineers, attorneys, land surveyors, or accountants.
