We encourage you to attend the association meetings to stay informed and consider volunteering to serve your community. The manager works closely with the Board but is only an advisor. The manager is not a member of the Board of Directors and cannot set policy or control assessments. Managers are not engineers, attorneys, land surveryors or accountants. The Board may retain these services if needed. The Board is governed by a variety of laws and the association's Governing Documents. Please take some time to explore the resources on this website.

Christmas Recycling Pick-Up Delayed

Due to Christmas, recycling pick-up will be delayed one day and will be picked up on Friday, December 27. Howard County handles trash and recycling pick-up. They can be contacted at 410-313-6444.
